This 3 room apartment is located in the heart of Kronsberg, only 2.3 km from the Hannover fairgrounds. Enjoy the possibility of a cozy 30-minute walk to the fairground or use the tram that is 150 meters away to get there in just 7 minutes.

With a living area of 73m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The immediate neighborhood offers a good infrastructure with supermarkets, restaurants and bars – all for your comfort.

The Accommodation

There are a total of two bedrooms – one with two single beds and the other with a small double bed. In the living room you will find a sofa that can easily be converted into an extra bed, next to a TV area and dining area.

The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired to create culinary experiences. The sunny balcony invites you to enjoy the evening sun or the quiet morning atmosphere in nature.

Guests will have full access to all spaces.

For trade fair visitors, the location is ideal, as they can quickly and easily reach the fair both on foot and by tram.

Perfect as accommodation for all trade fairs in Hannover such as: Domotex, INFA, Interschutz, IAA TRANSPORTATION, Hannover Messe, EMO, LIGNA, Agritechnica, EuroBLECH, EuroTier…

The nearest tram stop is only 150 meters away.

Public parking is very close by.

Please note some changes to the apartment from 04.04.2024:

– The hallway has been repainted from turquoise to white.
– In some rooms, a new floor has been laid.
– A new sofa (without sleeping function) was placed in the living room.
– In the bedroom with the double bed, there is now a small sofa by the window, suitable for 1-2 people to sit.
– An additional folding bed can be arranged in the living room on request.

The bedrooms remain as described, one with two single beds and another with a small double bed. The photos will be updated in May 2024.
